Could use some assistance please

Im a paramedic in wisconsin and unfortunatly we make very poor wages considering we save lives for a living. I have a wife who is unable to work and 4 children from 6mo-13 yr old. We are struggling to make ends meet and need to find a new place to live and we need a new vehicle. Not to say the monthly bills continue to get further behind. Im looking for any assistance out there, anything would help or at the least point me in the right direction. Im ashamed to have to post on hear, but I must think about my family. Now school is getting ready to start, where will the money come from.... Thanks again for listening.
